Through the City of Chicago’s REBUILD PROGRAM and support from Chicago Community Loan Fund, vacant properties are being returned to productive use while creating pathways to homeownership and long-term wealth building.

More than 70 homes across Chicago have been developed through the program, with 45 additional homes currently under development.

This is what community investment looks like: revitalizing neighborhoods, preserving housing, and creating opportunities for Chicago families to build a future of their own.

Chicago Community Loan Fund in conjunction with the City of Chicago's Chicago Neighborhood Rebuild (Rebuild) program held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the completion of two newly rehabbed homes at 5638 S. Green Street and 5640 S. Green Street in the Englewood neighborhood.
