The conversation around restorative practices in Chicago schools continues to evolve. This Block Club Chicago story examines proposed changes to Whole School Safety transition funding and CPS' plans to expand the framework district-wide. It's an important conversation on student well-being and safety.

Most schools would see a reduction from $160,000 or more to around $80,000 and the loss of roughly one position, under the proposed budget.
