Our post, in partnership with American Legion Post 284, commemorated the 25th anniversary of 9/11 by delivering pizzas, wings, cookies, and cupcakes to Colonial Heights & Chester first responders (police, fire, EMS, and call center) as well as school resource officers (RSOs). We annually recognize our first responders on 9/11 for their selfless service to the community.🙏🏻🇺🇸🫡

We had a successful 1st post fish fry last Saturday, despite the rain! Also, used the Army mantra , “Adapt, Adjust, and Overcome” with regard to road signage. Used available resources on hand to make expedient road signs! LOL Served was fried catfish/whiting, fries, coleslaw, collard greens, and Hawaiian roll. Thank you to our volunteers, patrons, and donors in support of this great event!🐟🇺🇸🫡
