URGENT FOSTER NEEDED

We were trying to pull this dog from a high-kill shelter because someone said they would foster if he passed his cat test.

He passed the cat test.

Then they backed out.

So now this dog is still sitting in the shelter, and if we cannot secure a foster ASAP, he will likely lose his life.

This is the hard part of rescue. These dogs depend on people following through.

He is cat tested, dog friendly, and needs a safe place to land immediately so we can save him.

RescuedMe covers vetting and support. You provide the home. The foster needs to be in Charlotte. Or if you know another rescue let me know and I will let you contact the shelter directly.

Please message me right away if you can foster, even short-term. Sharing helps too.

Birdie is looking for an adopter or foster. My house seems a little bit overwhelming for her and she would love to go hang out with somebody who has a quiet place. She's pretty active for her age, but she does love to lay around and sleep a lot too. So someone who just wants to go for a walk or work out in the yard. She's fine either way. I'd love to start her on her heartworm treatment. If you know someone looking for an older dog that just wants a soft place to lay and maybe a pat on the head every once in awhile send Birdie their way.

We raised $3873 today! Two dogs are going to get heartworm treatment Yeti and birdie. Brody's going to get her spay. And we might even buy them some treats!
