Ballantyne Rotarians joined many other groups in Riversweep 25, cleaning up the areas surrounding our beautiful waterways and greenways.

Club members kicked off a gorgeous Saturday morning with a lively community stroll—complete with sunshine, good company, and a mission! As part of our Adopt-a-Street program, we rolled up our sleeves and picked up litter along the route. The best part? Several neighbors stopped to thank us for helping keep our community clean and beautiful. It was a great day to make a difference together!

Packing 20,000 Meals for Africa

This weekend Ballantyne Rotary Club members joined the Rotary Club of Waxhaw and helped pack 20,000 meals that will be sent to Africa in the fight against hunger.

Another Inspiring Week for Ballantyne Rotary Club

Have you ever had a week that truly reminds you of the kindness and generosity of those around you? Last week was one of those special times at the Ballantyne Rotary Club.

On Friday, during our bi-monthly meeting at Zinicola, we engaged in spirited discussions about key issues affecting our community and rallied together with a call to action. Then, on Saturday, members of the Ballantyne Rotary, along with their families, came together to clean up the streets of Ballantyne—demonstrating our commitment to making a difference.

Thank you Senator Woodson Bradley for sharing your inspiring story with us at last Friday's Rotary Club Lunch meeting. You are not only a great example of what Rotary stands for, but you are also an inspiration to us all for your perseverance and drive for growth. Those of us in the Ballantyne Rotary Club are so grateful for the many great speakers we get to hear from during our meetings as well as the wonderful fellowship we share. Paul Harris Fellow Recognition

Congratulations to our very own Andy Belk for being recognized with the Paul Harris Fellow Award. Rotary established the recognition in 1957 to encourage and show appreciation for substantial contributions to what was then the Foundation’s only program, Rotary Foundation Fellowships for Advanced Study, the precursor to Ambassadorial Scholarships.
