To know this group is to love this group. ❤️

They are hard-headed, hilarious, confident, stubborn, loud, caring, protective of each other, and full of more potential than they probably even realize yet.

This year, we watched them grow into themselves. We watched them become leaders, speak up more, support each other, try new things, and walk into rooms with confidence.

We are unbelievably proud of our 8th graders and cannot wait to see what they do next.

WE’RE HIRING 🎉

Doors to Dream is looking for a Part-Time Program Advisor to support middle school students at Morningside Middle School.

This role is all about relationships — mentoring students, supporting their growth, helping them explore future pathways, and showing up consistently for young people who deserve opportunity and support.

And unlike many education or youth development roles, this position is intentionally designed to be sustainable:

✨ Monday–Thursday schedule
✨ 8 AM–2 PM hours
✨ Summers & school breaks off
✨ Small student caseloads
✨ Hybrid flexibility

We’re looking for someone who is relational, dependable, positive, flexible, and passionate about helping students grow into confident leaders.

Former educators, nonprofit professionals, mentors, coaches, and community leaders are all encouraged to apply.

All 4 of our seniors are officially college bound and headed to their top choice schools this fall. Could not be more proud of these students and all the work they’ve put in to get here.
