Founded June 13, 1888, the College of Charleston Alumni Association is an independent nonprofit association representing a global network of nearly 100,000 former students of the College. Its mission is to serve the College and it does so through exciting events, a growing scholarship endowment, and programs and services to engage alumni and students. Annual dues were eliminated in 2007 and all fo
rmer students who earned credit toward a degree at the College are considered members in good standing of the Alumni Association. The Alumni Association is committed to fostering a strong, welcoming, and inclusive alumni community. With more than 40 CofC Clubs and Alumni Affinity Groups dedicated to connecting alumni who share interests, experiences, and pride in the College, there is a home for every College of Charleston Cougar, no matter where we may roam.
