🚨FOSTER NEEDED🚨

***PLEASE DO NOT APPLY TO FOSTER UNLESS YOU ARE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF CHARLESTON, SC.***

Thanks to two wonderful women, Myrtle McGillicutty made her way to Charleston this week!😃 Now she needs a foster home.

She is quiet, dog friendly, and needs to shed a few lbs. Myrtle is around 6 years old.

We cover all medical expenses, can provide food and crates and we heavily support our foster families. If unable to foster, please share!

You can find a foster application on our website at carolinacoonhoundrescue.com/foster

Magnolia is a sweet, sensitive girl with a heart of gold!💛🐶 She is a huge cuddle bug who loves her people hard. After a life outdoors, she is thoroughly enjoying being a “house hound” and prefers a dog bed or the couch to going for a walk.

She is a little nervous in new situations but adjusts pretty quickly to her surroundings. She will do best with a calm, patient atmosphere that gives her the time to go at her own pace. Loud noises are not her favorite, so while she likes kids, she would do better with older kids or child free homes.

Magnolia loves other dogs! She is very gentle with cats but finds them a little scary, so she needs some time to warm up to them. She sleeps soundly in her crate at night and gives her foster mom a really hard time if she attempts to get her up before 8am (Maggie needs her beauty sleep!). If you’re looking for the sweetest couch potato around, Magnolia is ready to be your best friend!

She is 3 years and weighs 53 lbs. Magnolia is heartworm positive and is available for a local Charleston, SC area foster to adopt home. You can find an adoption application at carolinacoonhoundrescue.com/adopt

If you’d like to donate to help cover the cost for Magnolia’s care while she searches for her forever home, please visit our donation page on our website at carolinacoonhoundrescue.com/donate

Just a happy, happy guy!😃🐾 Our Billy Ray is never going to turn down any attention. And one look at that face, you’ll just want to cuddle him all day long!🤗

Billy Ray is living life to the fullest these days. He enjoys going for walks, playing with toys, and hanging out with his canine friends. He would do best with someone who is home more often than not. He likes to be with his people and being crated is stressful for him.

He may be on the smaller side, but he has a whole lot of love to give!

Billy Ray is 4 years old and weighs 23 lbs. You can apply to adopt this happy boy at carolinacoonhoundrescue.com/adopt

If you’d like to donate to help cover the cost for Billy Ray’s care while he searches for his forever home, please visit our donation page on our website at carolinacoonhoundrescue.com/donate

Clairee has the most loving personality and will take any opportunity to curl up on you!🥰

And if she feels you may not quite see her, she puts her paws on your shoulders to let you know she’s ready for some attention. She does well in her crate and walking on leash. Clairee enjoys chomping down on some toys and playing with other dogs. And is always ready for meal time and is learning not everyone’s food is for her.🤷🏻‍♀️

She doesn’t quite know her size and probably best suited for a home with older children. Overall, she is an adorable gal with a desire to please!

Clairee is 2 years old and weighs 45 lbs. She is heartworm positive and is available for a local Charleston, SC area foster to adopt home. You can find an adoption application at carolinacoonhoundrescue.com/adopt

If you’d like to donate to help cover the cost of Clairee’s care while she searches for her forever home, please visit our donation page on our website at carolinacoonhoundrescue.com/donate

Transport covered. Thanks!

URGENT TRANSPORT NEED:

I don’t like to play the panic and chaos game when it comes to rescue but this girl HAS to leave the shelter tomorrow or she will be euthanized for space (this is not the SHELTERS fault, this is the fault of an irresponsible community that refuses to spay/neuter and it’s a nationwide issue we won’t get into now).

I have an offer from Columbia to Charleston, I am looking for someone who can take her from Pickens to Columbia.

If you can help, message the page please!

Update: foster to adopt home secured.

FOSTER NEEDED🙏🏼

***PLEASE DO NOT APPLY TO FOSTER UNLESS YOU ARE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF CHARLESTON, SC.***

This pup is currently at the shelter and we’ve committed to take her this week. She is somewhere between three and six months old (we will get a more definitive age once we have her in our possession.)

Please keep in mind, she is a puppy. She will not be house trained. She is good with other dogs.

If you are interested in adopting her, the first step is to fill out an adoption application on our website.
