May was Mental Health Awareness month. Use this as a reminder to check in on your loved ones and yourself. SCIMHA hopes to help create an environment where everyone feels safe and nurtured in their mental health situation and provide resources for those who don't. If you or a loved one is feeling in need or unsafe you can always contact the Nationwide Su***de and Crisis Hotline Number (English/Spanish). 🩵 9-8-8 🩵

This Teacher Appreciation Week, we celebrate the incredible dedication of educators, especially our Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers, who shape the foundation of every child’s future.

Your patience, creativity, and care don’t just teach lessons they nurture social-emotional growth, support infant and early childhood mental health, and help children feel safe, seen, and valued.

You're building confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning from the very start.

Thank you for the countless ways you show up every day.

Your work matters more than words can capture. 🍎✨
