AccessHealth Tri-County Network

AccessHealth Tri-County Network The mission of AHTN is to coordinate a sustainable provider network of care for low-income uninsured residents of Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester counties.

AHTN is a community program that provides care coordination to low income individuals not covered by health insurance and who do not have a doctor or medical home. By connecting the Lowcountry’s low income, uninsured residents to a medical home, we are able to better meet their primary care needs and, in turn, improve the health of our community.

🗳️ Election Day No-Cost Transportation Options ✨

Greetings, Tri-County Community! As we prepare for Election Day, AHTN want to ensure everyone has access to the polls. Please see below information on how to schedule transportation options available free of charge to help you get there:
Remember, your vote matters!🗣️ If you need assistance finding your polling place or have questions about transportation options, feel free to reach out. Let’s make our voices heard! 📣

To schedule a ride: Call (843) 607-5456 or email [email protected] by the end of Monday NOV-4th, so transportation can be arranged ahead of time. Polls will be open Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
While these rides are free of charge, they will be accepting donations as this is a costly initiative to these businesses. Donations will be accepted in the form of cash, check or electronic funds transfer through platforms like Venmo, Zelle, CashApp or PayPal.

Other organizations offering free rides to voters are the SC Coalition for Voter Participation and the Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority.
The SC Coalition for Voter Participation will offer rides to residents in Berkeley, Calhoun, Charleston, Colleton, Dorchester, Georgetown, Lexington and Orangeburg counties. Rides can be booked by calling (843) 225-0822 or the toll-free number (833) 348-7350. More information on CARTA’s free rides to the polls can be found here.
