Great News for NABIP SC Members. NABIP SC is excited to announce that Aetna has been approved for 2027. The NABIP certification provides members with a discounted registration.

NABIP and Aetna Partner on Medicare Certification for Agents

NABIP is proud to announce a new partnership with Aetna that expands certification options for agents and brokers serving Aetna Medicare beneficiaries.

Through this collaboration, Aetna will accept NABIP’s PY2027 Medicare, Medicare Products and FWA Certification program for required Medicare and CMS testing and training.

This comprehensive, self-paced program covers Medicare Advantage rules, compliance requirements, marketing guidelines, fraud, waste and abuse, and key market trends. It’s nationally recognized, accepted by all major national carriers, and trusted by thousands of agents across the country.

Launching June 22, 2026, the PY2027 certification will help agents stay ahead of the upcoming plan year and continue delivering informed, compliant guidance to the clients who depend on them.
