I offer in-person & virtual postpartum doula services and lactation support based in Chapel Hill, NC.

Join my FREE Walking Parent Support Group TOMORROW (and every Tuesday!) at Chapel Hill Community Park from 1:15pm to 2:15pm in Chapel Hill.

We start by sharing our highs and lows for the past week and then we walk together while discussing a postpartum, lactation or parenting topic.

You can contact me through my website or send me a PM to get location and weather updates.

Let me know if you want to join our WhatsApp group for more spontaneous gatherings and parent connections.

Toddlers in strollers and dogs on leashes are always welcome to join!

I am so excited to teach this FREE class! We will discuss the latest recommendations for how to nurse and pump with no pain!

This Saturday at the Southern Branch in Carrboro, we're hosting Andrea Fowler, a postpartum doula and certified lactation counselor, for a workshop designed to help you start your infant feeding journey right! Participants will learn small, impactful adjustments to help ensure their own comfort and baby’s ability to remove milk effectively during feeding.

Registration is encouraged but not required. The workshop will be 9:30am-11:30pm, including time for all your questions and concerns. Snacks and socializing!
