We are a volunteer organization serving the Chapel Hill and Durham communities. We value the importance of music as a therapeutic measure and thus send local volunteers to perform for or with patients in various healthcare facilities in the area.

Yesterday was World Music Day! Sharing music from around the world is how we represent the wide talent and generosity of the music community. On today’s we share the sounds of the Dominican Jazz Project, a collaboration born from Chapel Hill’s own UNC Music Department.

Their self-titled CD was even on the ballot for a Grammy Award, making them a real gem in our community.
