The Camp Durant Ice Company is proud of our very own Trent Leone, Sean Ryan, and Ethan Williamson for graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and commissioning into the United States Army. All three have served on the Camp Durant Staff, are Eagle Scouts, and are members of Occoneechee Lodge 104. Congratulations to all of them on their hard work and dedication!

It was a busy weekend at Camp Durant as Occoneechee Lodge 104 held its annual Spring Inductions this past weekend. Lodge members worked on many projects throughout the camp; setting up all the tents and cots for summer camp, expanding the roof at the rifle range, installing sign posts, painting doors, and demolition. Congratulations to all those who completed their ordeal and thank you to everyone who helped out this weekend!

The Camp Durant Ice Company is proud to have our CEO, Luke Frassel, attending the Scouting America National Meeting next week. Luke will be representing the Camp Durant Ice Company and the Sea Scouts at the National meeting in Dallas, Texas. We pray for safe travel for Luke on his trip and stay tuned to our Instagram and Facebook for cool updates at the National Meeting from Luke!

It was a busy weekend at Camp Durant. Over 1000 Scouts and Scouters gathered from across the State of North Carolina for the annual Section E8, Order of the Arrow Conclave. There were various events and activities throughout the weekend which included exhibits, games, patch trading, adventure activities, shows, and so much more. Many people stopped by The Camp Durant Ice Company booth this past weekend to make homemade ice cream. We also made sure to deliver our quality ice to all the folks attending the event. Thank you to our past CEO, Kara, for leading the effort on ice deliveries. Occoneechee Lodge #104 had the Camp Durant Ice Company as its theme for the weekend, with many people wearing various Ice Company spirit items. Countless hours of preparation and work went into making this event happen, including a wide array of service projects around camp. Thank you to the 2026 Conclave Chair Lalan and her Adviser Mr. Ferguson for leading an amazing team that put on an amazing event. Thank you to everyone for helping out and attending Conclave!
