A new group of Sexual Assault Hospital Accompaniment volunteers is stepping forward with compassion, courage, and a commitment to supporting survivors in some of their hardest moments. 💜

As the weather warms up, we’re soaking in these little moments of joy, creativity, and connection at the shelter. Sometimes healing looks like laughter in the sprinkler, colorful chalk art, and taking a moment to recharge together. 💛

After lunch during our spring staff retreat, we spent time together at for a relaxing sound bath experience. We’re grateful for moments like these that allow our team to rest, reconnect, and care for ourselves while doing the important work of caring for others every day.
