This month, we're taking a moment to talk about something we all need—but don't always make time for: taking care of ourselves.

Self-care doesn't have to be complicated, expensive, or picture-perfect. Sometimes it's setting a boundary, taking a walk, getting some extra sleep, spending time with someone you love, or simply giving yourself permission to pause.

Throughout September, we'll be sharing self-care tips, ideas, and some of our staff and volunteers' favorite ways to recharge. 💗
