What a special way to wrap up 4-H Cooking 101; connecting generations!

We had a wonderful time attending the 4-H Cooking 101 Class lunch at Memorial Hospital! πŸ½οΈπŸ‘©β€πŸ³πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³ Our residents enjoyed the delicious meal, great company, and the opportunity to support these talented young cooks as they showcased the skills they have learned. Thank you to everyone involved for making it such an enjoyable experience! ❀️

Projects must be registered in Fair Entry by May 31st to show in the fair. If you decide to drop a project after you have registered for it, please let Madeline ([email protected]) know as soon as possible. Refer to Madeline's May 13th email for detailed instructions.

Calling all Hancock County 4-H livestock exhibitors age 14 (by 9/1/25) and up! You're running out of time to submit your self-nomination for the Dannen Latherow Livestock Merit Award.

This award is in memory of Dannen Latherow, an eight-year member of the Fountain Green 4-H club and enthusiastic livestock exhibitor. The award was initiated by the Hancock County Farm Bureau in 2000. It recognizes a livestock exhibitor who demonstrates mentorship, good sportsmanship and active involvement in the livestock industry.

NEW THIS YEAR...livestock exhibitors MUST SELF-NOMINATE. Applications are due by midnight CT on 5/31/26. https://forms.illinois.edu/sec/1911515666
