Our purpose is: To raise funds, seek grants, accept and manage major gifts and endowments on behalf of the Carthage Public Library Dist.

STACKING UP SUPPORT FOR OUR NEW LIBRARY
Carthage Public Library is working to raise money for furnishings and shelving for the new Library building. The goal is to raise $100,000 by the end of February.
They are stacking up ways to give:

Gift Basket Raffle: Purchase tickets for the Friends raffle by Dec. 18.

Giving Tree: For donations of $50 or more, add a paper ornament to the Christmas tree - you may decorate the ornament and include your name if you wish. Help to fill the tree with ornaments and the new library with shelving and furnishings.

Charitable donations: The Carthage District Library Foundation is a 501(c)(3).

Mail checks to the Carthage Public Library, 500 Wabash Ave., Carthage, IL 62321.
Online donations are possible through a link on the Foundation's website, although fees are deducted from the gift. https://www.carthagepubliclibrary.com/library-foundation.html
