It’s that time of year!

Our Aim for Education Clay Shoot is on August 14 at Garland Mountain Sporting Clays & Grill.

If you like clay shooting with your buddies and supporting resources that make a real difference in our community, we’d love for you to spend the day with the Etowah Foundation.

Proceeds support scholarships, Future Centers, and literacy initiatives that help local students pursue college, technical training, military service, workforce pathways, and lifelong learning.

Get more info at etowah.org or scan the barcode.

In addition, thanks to our partners at Pritchard Injury Firm, the Pritchard Community Challenge will match the amount paid through ticket purchases, doubling the impact of your participation.

Ready, set, pull!

Wow. What an amazing night.

The Community Achievement Event is more than just a night of honoring our scholarship recipients, it’s a night where we can truly see what the impact of 43 years of service to the community looks like.

We had the privilege of awarding 195 scholarships to hardworking Bartow County students. Of course, these scholarships would not have been possible without the generosity of families who created legacy gifts, those who support scholarships annually, and the local businesses and community partners who continue to believe in our mission of providing hope and opportunity to students and families throughout our community.

During the event, Zach Pritchard from Pritchard Injury Firm reminded us that investing in local non-profits is really an investment in the future of the community itself. When people choose to support organizations like the Etowah Foundation, they’re helping create opportunities that strengthen families, support students, and open doors that may have otherwise remained closed. Through the Pritchard Community Match Challenge, every gift made to the Foundation is amplified— turning individual generosity into an even greater collective impact for scholarships, Future Centers, and literacy initiatives throughout our community.

Finally, from receiving our scholarships in the early 2000s to receiving the 2026 Heart of Gold Award, Dr. Alan and Carrie Barnes have created, maintained, and nurtured a legacy of love and community service. Their dedication to the people of Cartersville, Bartow County and the Foundation has been steadfast and unwavering. There was no better match for this award than these two amazing individuals.

Every scholarship awarded represents more than financial support. It represents encouragement, belief, opportunity, and a community choosing to invest in the next generation. We are incredibly proud of this year’s recipients and deeply grateful to everyone who helps make these moments possible.

🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE: Your iced coffee is now a superhero 🦸‍♂️☕

Plans changed (because…life 😅), but the impact is still going STRONG 💙

Our amazing friends at Chick-fil-A are helping us turn your cravings into community impact—and honestly, that’s the kind of math we love 🤓

📅 Here’s the scoop:
☕ Now through March 28: Sip on an iced coffee and 25% goes to support educational resources (yes, caffeine and a cause 🙌)
📱 March 27 | 3–8 PM: Mobile order your faves and 15% gives back (dinner = DONE ✔️)

So basically…you were going to get Chick-fil-A anyway, right? 😏
Now you can do it for a reason

Tag your Chick-fil-A crew, set a reminder, and let’s eat for a cause! 💙🍗

Plans changed, but the impact is still just as strong 💙

We’re continuing to support the amazing work of the Etowah Foundation—and we want YOU to be part of it!

📅 Updated Dates:
• Now through March 28: Buy an iced coffee and 25% supports educational resources
• March 27 | 3–8 PM: Place a mobile order and 15% gives back

(Originally planned for March 31, but we’ve moved things up!)

Every sip and every order helps make a difference in our community. Thank you for showing up and supporting something bigger with us!
