We are incredibly grateful for Mike and for the overwhelming support that surrounded The Record. from beginning to end! What happened on that golf course went far beyond setting a world record, making a lasting difference for the children we have the privilege of serving at JLM.

That is what The Record. was always about, and we could not be more grateful for every person who became a part of it.

We’re so excited to welcome Kristi to the LIVE2540 team as our new Director of Member and Team Care!

Kristi brings more than 30 years of missions experience, including 16 years serving overseas in Thailand and Kenya and 15 years helping train, care for, and send missionaries into the field. A graduate of Columbia International University with a degree in Bible & Intercultural Studies, she brings a deep understanding of what it means to serve cross-culturally and faithfully care for those carrying out the mission.

We are so grateful to have Kristi joining the 2540 Family and using her years of experience to care for and strengthen our team as we continue serving children and families in Liberia.

If you didn’t know it was here, you would never imagine a children’s healthcare center surrounded by miles of jungle. Yet in one of the hardest places to access healthcare, the Jesus Loves Me Children’s Center stands as a place where families no longer have to face childhood illness alone.

From above, the vastness of the jungle makes it all the more remarkable that a place like this exists, every day it is changing the story for children across Liberia. What was once an impossible reality has become a place where hope and healing are reaching families who never had access to healthcare before.

Meet Kou. 💛

When Kou came to the Jesus Loves Me Children's Center on June 4th, she had just finished her first cup of therapeutic milk when our team captured the biggest smile. Fourteen days later, the difference was already hard to believe as her body began responding to the nutrition and care she desperately needed.

Today, Kou returned to JLM with her grandmother for a checkup and more Plumpy'Nut to take home as she continues growing stronger. Through every photo, that joyful smile has remained!

Just a glimpse of what consistent healthcare can do. Just look at Kou now!
