9/11 Memorial Ride - Atlanta

09/14/2026

The 2026 9/11 Memorial Ride is in the books and we would like to send out a bunch of thanks to all who helped and participated. While the numbers were smaller than in years past due to having to change dates, we still managed to raise over $6000 with about 120 participants. THANK YOU to all who participated and rode in the ride. We had a safe, accident-free ride led by the Cherokee Sheriff's Department Motors Unit. THANKS GUYS!

We also want to send BIG shout out thank you's to our volunteers - Debra, Tom, Davene, Richard, John, Reuben and Rocket. Without you, we wouldn't have an event. You are all who make every year possible and we cannot express our appreciation and gratitude enough.

Thanks to Jon Kinsey who came over from Alabama to provide music for the day. Everyone enjoyed your tunes and musical selection.

Thank you to Southern Devil Harley Davidson for providing our location and support throughout the year. YOU GUYS ROCK!

Thank you to Gordon County SO, Pickens County SO, Jasper Police Department, Bartow County SO and, of course, Cherokee County SO Motors Unit. You all helped us keep the ride safe at every turn, light and stop sign.

And, finally, thank you to all of those who sponsor and support this event every year. We ask you to visit our SPONSORS page at www.911memorialride.org/sponsors You are all invaluable and we cannot express how much we appreciate you.

We will be announcing the date of the 2027 ride within the next week and will start working on it in the days ahead. We still have t-shirts, patches and stickers for sale and you can purchase them by visiting https://911-memorial-ride-inc-106050.square.site/ . Shipping is FREE.
