🏁🇺🇸 NEW for the Fourth of July: Youth Soap Box Derby! 🇺🇸🏁

Nevada Day Inc. is bringing kid-powered racing to Carson City this Saturday, July 4, 2026!

🏎️ 2:00 PM – Youth Soap Box Derby at the Galaxy Theatres parking lot, presented with generous support from Carson City Casino Fandango.

Kids ages 6–13 — it's your time to race! Whether they're first-time builders or budding engineers, it's all about creativity, community pride & pure Fourth of July fun.

🛠️ Car-building kits are coming soon — hopefully this weekend! Kits are reserved for registered racers, so make sure your child is signed up to receive one. We'll announce pickup details as soon as kits are ready!

🚨🇺🇸 WE NEED 250 VEHICLES TO MAKE HISTORY. 🇺🇸🚨

On July 4, 2026, Nevada Day, Inc. is bringing the America 250 Freedom Cruise to Carson City as we celebrate America’s 250th Birthday.

We’re looking for cars, trucks, Jeeps, motorcycles, classic cars, clubs, businesses, veterans, and patriots to help us fill Carson Street with 250 decorated vehicles in one unforgettable patriotic procession.

🏆 $1,000 First Place
🏆 $500 Second Place
🏆 $250 Third Place

The procession will be led by Carson City Mayor Lori Bagwell and the Carson City Sheriff’s Office as we cruise through the heart of Nevada’s capital city.

🇺🇸 Staging begins at 10:00 AM
🚗 Procession begins at approximately 11:00 AM

Every registered participant receives an exclusive Freedom Cruise 250 commemorative T-shirt and a one-of-a-kind commemorative decal courtesy of Tri Fusion Designs.
