Leadership is about more than holding a position, it’s about growing into the person you’re meant to be.

Kaycee Free (Theta Omicron – Arizona State), Chapter President, reflects on how the Summit for Collegiate Leadership has helped shape her experience as a leader in Sigma Kappa:

“Being surrounded by women who share the same values, purpose and passion for Sigma Kappa helped me become a more confident and intentional leader. I have come to understand just how much the organization invests in developing its members. The lessons and experiences I have had will continue to shape me long after graduation.”

The Summit for Collegiate Leadership, made possible in part through funding from the Sigma Kappa Foundation, is a wonderful investment in our members and empowers them to lead with confidence, purpose and intention.

This National Hazing Prevention Week, Sigma Kappa is proud to stand together against hazing. 💜

Alongside campuses and organizations nationwide, we’re using this week to raise awareness, encourage education and take action to help create safer, more supportive communities.

As proud members of the Hazing Prevention Network, our commitment is clear: hazing has no place in our sisterhood. The 2026 theme is “Be the leader. Prevent hazing.” with a hazing prevention focus on education, advocacy, awareness and fundraising.
