Bravo Sarah Kneisle ALM ’26 👏

Earning a Harvard degree while working full time—and studying in a second language—showed Sarah Kneisle, ALM ’26, what she was truly capable of.

Through the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Master’s Degree Program at Harvard Extension School, Sarah transformed her interest in the human side of organizations into a concrete career path in people, culture, and organizational development.

“Other people’s doubts don’t define what’s possible. It’s proof to myself that I can commit to something demanding over several years and see it through at a high level.”

From late-night assignments in Germany to graduation in Harvard Yard, Sarah’s journey is a powerful testament to the value of consistency, resilience, and believing that you belong.
