Yesterday afternoon, Bishop Sandra Steiner Ball and Conference Superintendent Ross Pryor joined Meadow Lands United Methodist Church for a joyous celebration of 125 years of mission and ministry. The afternoon celebration worship experience was filled with incredible music, recognition of past and current members and ministers, presentation of a quilt, and a powerful message from Bishop Steiner Ball. "As you celebrate 125 years of ministry in this community, remember God's abundance," Bishop reminded the congregation. "Remember Christ's call on your life. May we never let our busyness, personal agendas, or the noise of our own lives keep the Master from playing his music of love and abundance through our hearts."
