Victory Lap Greyhound Transport Transferring retired racing greyhounds to adoption groups to be placed into their forever homes.

Victory Lap Greyhound Transport was formed to facilitate transferring retired racing greyhounds from race tracks to adoption groups, where they can be placed into forever homes. Victory Lap is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, incorporated as a Non-Profit Charitable Corporation in the State of Pennsylvania and is a Chapter of Greyhound Pets of America (GPA).
