The PTA is excited to introduce our new LGS Staff Spotlight, where we’ll get to know the amazing staff members who help make our school such a special place! 💙

This week, we are thrilled to spotlight our amazing principal, Mrs. Keane! She is a wonderful leader who works hard to support our students, staff, and school community. We’re so excited to learn a little more about her and are lucky to have her as our principal! ❤️🐬

Still looking for some volunteers to be our splash mascot! Most pressing need is for first day of school 8/26 from 840-9 am!! Morning time just at drop off! 🐬

We’re looking for a few awesome volunteers to help bring our school mascot Splash to life at upcoming events! More events to be posted so keep a look out! 👀

We need:
✨ Mascot Volunteers – Suit up as Splash and spread school spirit!
✨ Mascot Walkers – Help Splash get around, guide him safely, and support interactions with the kids.

It’s fun, it’s memorable, and it’s a great way to give back to our LGS community! 🙌

Good morning LGS families! Sadly, due to the weather forecast for tonight we are cancelling our annual back to school picnic. ☔️

We will be watching the weather closely and keep everyone posted tomorrow via email and Facebook regarding the status of our picnic! There will not be a rain date so let’s hope for good weather! 🥳🙌🏻❤️

Come reconnect with friends, meet new families, and celebrate the start of an exciting school year!

🍔 The Lions Club will be serving hamburger or hot dog combos (with chips) for just $5. Drinks will also be available for purchase.

🍦 Peter Doda’s Ice Cream Truck will be on site with sweet treats available for purchase!

You’re also welcome to bring your own picnic, and don’t forget to bring a blanket or lawn chairs so you can relax and enjoy the evening together.

Spread the word, invite your friends, and come help us celebrate the beginning of another fantastic school year.

We can’t wait to see you there!
