New Horizons Village has been named a finalist for an ImpaCT Award in the category of Community Organization Making an Impact. This award is created in partnership with FOX61 and United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut.

A wonderful way to kick off the monthly Farmers Market at New Horizons Village! 🌽🍅🥕 Thank you to Holcomb Farm for graciously donating fresh fruits and vegetables each month, helping provide healthy, locally grown produce for our tenants. We’re grateful for this partnership and the positive impact it brings to our community.

We were honored to join the Hospital for Special Care last night in celebrating an incredible milestone—85 years of impact!

Our organizations share a meaningful, longstanding connection, with roots tracing back to what was then New Britain Memorial Hospital. Today, that partnership continues as we work together to empower adults with physical disabilities to live as independently as possible.

Congratulations to the Hospital for Special Care on 85 remarkable years—here’s to many more!
