The 10th annual Shine On 5k has been cancelled. Registrations were below the threshold we would need to hold the event this year. We do want to express our appreciation of our sponsors and past participants that have helped us to hold this event for nine years and more importantly provide over $11,000 in grants to families in Region 10 schools, as well as an annual scholarship to a graduating senior.
For those of you that have registered for this year's event, you should have already received a full refund.
Our race committee will reconvene early next year and we will reach out regarding any future events. Thank you again for helping us to support the Region 10 community.
