Let's Talk Numbers!

$6,310.73 stands between us and expanding The Salvation Army’s mobile services for individuals and families in need in Burbank.

However we quantify the numbers, we are excited by how much good this new mobile laundry trailer will bring!

“New Day Laundry is about more than providing a service — it’s about restoring dignity and creating opportunity,” said Gabe Ayala, Class Project Leader, Leadership Burbank Class of 2026. “Something as simple as clean clothing can make a meaningful difference in how someone shows up for a job interview, attends school, or navigates their day. Our goal is to meet people where they are and support them in a way that feels accessible, respectful, and human.”

Help us celebrate the Class of 2026! As their nine month journey comes to a close, we invite you to join us at their graduation on May 20th.

This class has worked so hard to raise funds for a truly amazing cause and we can’t wait to commemorate their success with a ceremony at Woodbury University.

We are also so honored to have actress Emily Swallow (The Armorer in the Star Wars Series: The Mandalorian) as our Keynote Speaker.

We are SO CLOSE to reaching our goals!!

New Day Laundry has raised $55,000 of our $75,000 goal — and we are in the homestretch. 🎉

Here’s what that means:
• When we raise $62,000 - we will be able to deliver the new mobile laundry trailer to the The Salvation Army Glendale-Burbank and expand their mobile services for individuals and families in need in Burbank
• When we raise an additional $13,000 - we will be able to equip the trailer with washers and dryers and other fun items to make doing laundry easy!

Our LB family is the best! 🎉

Thank you for helping Leadership Burbank give to Burbank.

With over a million dollars invested in goods and services and over 600 alumni serving in all corners of Burbank, our mission comes to life through our various programs, our alumni, and the projects they accomplish.

At LB, our mission is to help leaders create the community they want, while becoming the leader they truly are. Civic engagement is important and we can all lend a hand, give time, or pitch in to help build a better Burbank.
