Today, I’m reaching out with a heartfelt request for your compassion and support. Our Venezuelan brothers and sisters are facing unimaginable hardship following the devastating earthquake, and many families are in urgent need of food, medications, medical supplies, and financial assistance. Throughout the years, the people of Venezuela have shown kindness and stood with others during times of crisis including supporting my own community of Haiti when we needed it most. Now it’s our turn to stand with them. Life can change in an instant, and none of us knows when we may need the kindness of others. Every donation, no matter the size, is a powerful reminder that they are not alone.
On the 18th of this month, we will be collecting donations at 1000 Lafayette Boulevard, Bridgeport, CT 06604. We welcome donations of medications, medical supplies, and monetary contributions through Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal. Our team will personally travel to Venezuela to deliver these supplies directly to those who need them most. If you’re able, please join us in this humanitarian mission.
