We expect the companies to share their POV on the industry, economy and reply to the driver testimonies we shared in the first session. While the first session was our opportunity to open up negotiations, today is the company's chance to respond.

Ahead of Contract Negotiations kicking off, we conducted a survey open to all MA app drivers. After reviewing thousands of submissions, the results are clear: drivers need better pay, a fair process for deactivation, and stronger protections on the job.
