May is Skin Cancer Awareness month. Skin cancer is the most common cancer in the United States, but it's also one of the most preventable.
- Wear sunscreen every day
- Never use indoor tanning beds
- Cover up with hats and sunglasses
- Stay out of the sun during peak sun hours
- Check your skin regularly and talk to your provider about any changes you see.
A simple skin check can save lives. Protect your skin. Protect your health!
