The Notre Dame Education Center is a community based nonprofit organization (CBO) offering Workforce Readiness, Adult Basic Education and Alternative High School Programs and additional Support Services in South Boston. We empower adult learners to realize their full potential in a diverse, caring community. NDEC provides adult learners and at-risk youth with the tools necessary to succeed in a co

mpetitive job market and achieve financial independence. Students come to NDEC from more than 30 different countries and share the same goal: to change their lives and their communities through education. Our students are driven to accomplish their individual missions, and we continue to grow and evolve as their needs change. Since 1992, we have provided our students with an environment in which they can develop as scholars, citizens, and participants in the workforce as well as in the community.
