Assalamu alaykum all,
While developing water wells in Nigeria, we discovered a village that has not had a masjid in 40 years due to severe rain. They are currently traveling about 3 miles to attend jumu’ah. There are more than 2,000 Muslims in the area where they want to rebuild the masjid. There is already land available and a plan to build one - but no funds! So we are asking for your help in sha Allah to fund this masjid that will fit approximately 170 worshippers and give them the local community they deserve. Everyone knows how important it is to have a centralized masjid for their own community, so please help those in need establish theirs!
The drafted plan has a goal of $9,000 to fund the full completion of the masjid, including Qur’ans and a small opening feast.
