INVESTORS CLUB LUNCH & LEARN
Building a Multi Housing Business: The Good, the Bad, and the In Between
presented by William (Bill) Cullen, Cullen Homes

Many rental property owners believe growing their portfolio will automatically make life easier. Bill Cullen’s 37-year journey proves it’s not that simple. From his early days flipping houses to becoming a reluctant landlord, navigating market downturns, rebuilding after the Great Recession, and ultimately operating a stabilized 380-unit portfolio, Bill has gone through nearly every phase of ownership. In this candid session, Bill explains what went right, what went wrong, and what he would do differently — with a focus on the real tradeoffs that come with growth.

This is a Lunch & Learn session, with lunch provided by American Family Insurance – Fost Choles Agency, Archway Contracting, and Citizens State Bank. Thank you to our sponsors!
