Our gift of one-handled bags we sent to Midwest Mission were sent to Jamaica. This was shortly after hurricane Melissa caused catastrophic damage there. Jamaica was very glad to receive them. Again, our work is worldwide.

Another great gathering at Fibers this week. We're working on red, white and blue quilts for our Veterans for Memorial Day and July 4th. These will go to the VA Hospital as well as Carle Hospital. Two of these are finished and you can see them below. Pastor Dan from the First Christian Church joined us for lunch today. Again, thank you for loaning us our wonderful place to sew.
Also; the Wednesday cutting group for Fibers will not be meeting for the foreseeable future.
Can't wait to sew again next week!

Trisha gave a program on Fibers at the Bloomington Public Library. It's wonderful to be able to reach out to the public to let them know what we do.
Here are more of our completed quilts.
