Did you know there are additional ways to support Recycling Furniture for Families beyond traditional donations?

Through our partnership with the Illinois Prairie Community Foundation, supporters can explore giving options such as:
• Stock donations
• IRA Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)
• Planned giving opportunities
• Estate gifts

These types of gifts can be directed to support RF4F’s mission of helping local families turn empty spaces into homes. To learn more, visit Illinois Prairie Community Foundation Gift Options or contact IPCF at 309-662-4477.

As always, we encourage donors to consult with their financial or tax advisor when considering charitable giving options.

Every dresser, bed, and kitchen table we deliver goes onto our truck by hand, and comes back off it the same way. 🚚

That's where you come in. We're looking for volunteers to help load and unload trucks a few mornings a week. Just 1 hour makes a difference, and it helps get furniture into the homes of families right here in McLean County.

Interested? Send us a message or visit our website to learn more!

We will be closed from 5 pm on Thursday, October 8th until 9:00 am on Tuesday, October 13th in observance of Columbus Day.

Looking for a meaningful way to give back? Recycling Furniture for Families (RF4F) needs consistent volunteers to help keep our warehouse and trucks running so local families can turn houses into homes.

What does it mean to have a home? A place to sit together for dinner. A bed to sleep in. A lamp to read by. A dresser to store clothes. These are everyday items most of us take for granted. But for families in financial crisis, they're the difference between a house and a home.

For more than two decades, RF4F has helped local families make that transition, one donated item at a time. We're honored to do this work alongside our community. Thank you for making it possible. 🏠💙
