Families just like this, whose lives gets turned upside down in the blink of an eye. Suddenly finding themselves in an unfamiliar city, far from home and loved ones in some of life's hardest moments.
This is a message from a recent family we served. Sometimes it is easy to look at a furnished apartment and see four walls, a bed, and a place to stay. But for a family walking through a difficult season, it can mean one less burden, one less worry, and a place to rest when life feels anything but normal.
We may never fully know what someone is carrying when they walk through our doors, but we can always choose to serve, to care, and to make their load a little lighter.
Messages like this are a reminder that purpose is often found in simply being there for people when they need it most. ❤️
