Hi, everyone and for the people that don’t know me. My name is Nakisha Adams. I was born with a disability called CP (Cerebral Palsy). It affects my ability to walk and talk. But that doesn’t stop me, from doing what I need to do for my self. I live on my own. Been there 20+ years, and totally independent. I have worked since I was 19yrs old, my background is in Data Entry, I’ve been doing that for 20+ yrs also. For the past few years, I’ve been in between jobs. and haven’t found anything that I really wanted to do. But to keep myself busy. Friends are always asking me to come and speak, to different groups about my living with a disability. It was something I loved doing. So, I’m turning it into a business. My main goal is to go into different schools and colleges, to educate people about different disability issues. Such as doctors appointments, transportation, living independently and working. Things that you think you know about, but you have a person there to talk with and answer all your questions. I hope this helps you understand what my business is, and what it will be about.
