As Director of the Center for Resiliency at Villa Maria College, Duncan leads impactful, campus-wide initiatives that strengthen student mental health, support staff well-being, and deepen community engagement. His work goes beyond theory—bridging academic insight with real-world application—making him a trusted voice for schools and districts seeking meaningful, measurable change.

A former Master Resilience Trainer in the Army National Guard, Duncan brings lived experience, practical tools, and high-energy delivery to every stage. From empowering students to reframe adversity to helping educators build stronger learning environments, his message is both inspiring and actionable.
