Today we had the best time shopping at Home Depot, Target, Pandora, and Starbucks.
Yup, these popular stores were part of our Ckids Mall experience where our students got to shop for Mitzvah items that help us do mitzvot and live as proud and strong Jews wherever we go!

We started our day by continuing our Israel Quest journey, this time exploring the famous and fascinating story of Daniel the prophet. We learned about the tragic destruction of the Beit Hamikdash (the Holy Temple) and the subsequent
forced exile of the Jews to Babylon. This time period was a very difficult one for the Jewish people, having been exiled from their holy land and living in a place that threatened their Jewish identity.
The young Daniel, one of the exiled Jews, stood out as a hero and model, remaining a proud and strong Jew committed to Hashem and the Torah even while living in the Babylonian king’s palace.
We discussed how we too can be just like Daniel, living as proud Jews committed to a life of Torah and mitzvot, even when being Jewish means being different from everyone around us.
That’s how we ended up at our Ckids mall, having an awesome time “shopping Jewish” and being proud Jews no matter where we go!
We hope you enjoy all the adorable goods our students picked up at the mall.
They will all come to good use in helping us live as proud and strong Jews!

Through fun comics and games we learnt all about the fascinating story of Eliyahu the Prophet , who helped guide our people in Israel during a very challenging
time.
The Jews struggled to follow Hashem’s ways and were strongly influenced by the idol
worshipping culture around them.
We discussed why it was so hard for the Jews by explaining the idea of the struggle
between our neshama that always wants us to do mitzvot and stay connected to Hashem and the tricky voice inside of
us, called the Yetzer Hara, that tries to convince us otherwise. We all share this same struggle too!
Second Semester of Hebrew School is Lit!
In yesterday's lesson we learnt about
Elijah the prophet - Eliyahu Hanavi who tried encouraging the Jewish people to return to Hashem and the Torah but the pull to idol worship was so strong.
Through a series of miracles from Hashem, Eliyahu proved to the Jews that Hashem is the One G-d and that idols have no strength and power.

We reenacted the story of the “Grand Showdown” with the most awesome and coolest fire cake, and we had a blast
trying to create the strongest rope that would not break, representing our connection to Hashem that can never be
broken.

We are so grateful for sharing an unbreakable bond with Hashem no matter what!

Congratulations to our Aleph champ White Level!

Today in Hebrew School, we learned about how the Jewish People returned to the Holy Land of
Israel after Hashem freed them from slavery in Egypt. They were finally ready to become their own
nation in their own land - but first, they had to get through the mighty walls of Yericho.

The Jews couldn’t break through the walls, but Hashem could - and He did!

We learned that Hashem is the Jewish People’s true source of strength and power. When we do our part and try our best, Hashem takes care of the rest!

To bring this message to life, we made our own “stress balls” as a reminder not to worry - because Hashem is our strength and power.
We also
had a blast building up the walls of Yericho and knocking them down with a shofar blast, just like the Jewish People did!

We’re excited to learn what will happen next in IsraelQuest, and we’ll keep you posted on all the amazing things we learn along the way.

We’re excited to announce two brand-new curricula for the 2025-2026 school year!

These innovative and fun-filled lessons were developed by the global Chabad Children’s Network (CKids) to bring Jewish learning to life like never before.

Here’s what your child will experience this year:
My Jewish Treasure (Grades K–2):

Calling all explorers! Children will be diving into the incredible treasures of Judaism each week - mitzvot, traditions, values, and more! With interactive activities, games, and crafts, children will uncover the bounty of Jewish treasures in the past, their own lives, and the world around us. Each week, your child will collect a special “treasure token” to fill their personal “Jewish Treasures Chest” - while also discovering their inner treasures of kindness, confidence, and a strong Jewish identity.

Israel Quest (Grades 3–5):
Get ready for an adventure! Children will journey through the epic story of the Jewish people from entering the Land of Israel, to building the Beit Hamikdash, and beyond! Each week, through immersive and creative activities, games, and adventures, children will step into the shoes of prophets, kings, and heroes, discovering the strength of our people and the unbreakable bond we share with our homeland.
We’re committed to providing a warm and personal Jewish educational experience, where children learn to live the beauty and wisdom of Judaism every day - and have lots of fun along the way!
