This is not a debate. It's a relaxed afternoon to visit with the candidates and get to know the people running to lead our community.

Everyone is welcome. Bring a neighbor!

Silver Springs October News 🍂

This weekend kicks off ground prep for our new playground, with the playground build happening October 3 & 4 and October 10 & 11, weather permitting. We’re excited to see this project coming to life.

Our Neighborhood Yard Sale is set for October 17.
If you need a yard‑sale sign, please email the POA at [email protected]. Signs must be returned after the event.

🎃 Halloween Night Treats!
Great news — Grounds & Grace will have a tent set up at the clubhouse on Halloween night selling hot chocolate and donut holes. Stop by for something sweet while you’re out trick‑or‑treating.

🏆 Halloween Yard Décor Contest
Show us your spooky, silly, and best Halloween displays.
This contest is separate from Yard of the Month, so let your creativity run wild.

Lots happening this October — can’t wait to see the neighborhood shine.

🌞 ARKANSAS WEATHER STRIKES AGAIN, Y’ALL 🌞

Neighbors… listen. Arkansas weather has officially entered its “I’m gonna do whatever I want” era. Between the heat, the humidity, and whatever mystery season we’re in today, our plumbing volunteers have been out there melting like popsicles at a Fourth of July parade.

And while our plumbing crew has been working their magic, the job isn’t quite finished — so for everyone’s safety (and to avoid anyone spontaneously combusting in this heat), we’re shifting our playground assembly dates.

⏰ NEW TENTATIVE BUILD DATES:

• September 26–27
• October 3–4

If Arkansas decides to throw another curveball — heatwave, monsoon, surprise winter — we’ll update everyone again.

Thank you all for your patience, your support, and for surviving this weather with us. Silver Springs is tough… but Arkansas heat is tougher. 🥵💙
