It’s bedtime folks. Our big, gigantic, epic tent sale opens at 8am in the morning. Get your rest and come out tomorrow and Saturday from 8-noon and support Civitan Services. We have clothes, furniture, games, electronics, and soooooo much more.

One of our partnerships is with Arkansas Christian Academy! Our clients love the opportunity to prepare coffee and deliver it to the hardworking staff at ACA!

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, and what better way to recognize this important month than by highlighting the amazing abilities of individuals with disabilities! Opportunities like this help our clients develop job skills, build confidence, gain independence, and experience the joy of serving others!

Our friends at 7 Brew treated the entire Civitan Preschool staff to specialty coffees, and what a sweet treat it was!

💙💛 October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month!

What is Down syndrome? It’s a genetic condition that occurs when someone is born with an extra copy of chromosome 21. It can affect learning, development, and some aspects of health. Each person has their own strengths, abilities, and support needs.

That extra chromosome doesn’t tell you someone’s favorite food, what makes them laugh, or what they enjoy doing. Getting to know them does! 😊

This month is about learning more about Down syndrome, celebrating individuals, and encouraging inclusion in our schools, workplaces, and communities.

To celebrate, a few of our Civitan clients are answering some questions on camera!
