Tuesday was such a sweet reminder of how God uses community to bless and encourage one another. We started our morning with a light breakfast, hot coffee, and meaningful conversation before gathering for Bible study in the book of Ruth.
During lunchtime, we were blessed by Local Tavern, a first-time manna provider for WE, who generously donated a delicious nacho bar for our students. Justin, Linda, and Ashley, thank you for opening your hearts and giving so generously to Women Equipped! Thank you also for serving our students and helping fill to-go boxes so that everyone could take extra with them. Your kindness made sure no one left hungry, and we are so grateful for the way you poured into our women.
One of the sweetest blessings of the day was having Crystal Stewart, a former WE student who now works at Local Tavern, come serve alongside her daughter, Lydia. There is something so special about seeing former students come back with a heart to give, serve, and encourage the women who are walking the same journey they once walked.
Women Equipped is about so much more than a weekly gathering. It’s about relationships, generosity, encouragement, and watching God use one life to pour into another. We are incredibly thankful for everyone who helps make this ministry possible and for the beautiful community God continues to build through Women Equipped.
