Here are 4 tips to defend Realtors®, their teams, and their clients against cybersecurity threats:
1. Most software security updates happen in the background, so you should routinely reboot your devices to push that security update through.
2. Use unique passwords for every platform you use, and update them often to protect your accounts.
3. Educate your team with regular trainings on scams and phishing, and keep your eye on the latest version of Real Estate scams happening.
4. Use anti-virus and anti-malware as a second layer of defense to keep your data secure.
