Beaver Volunteer Fire Department 5k/10k Race Beaver County's longest and most attended organized road race. One visit to the Borough of Beaver and you’ll see why! For safety reasons, dogs are not permitted.

The Beaver Volunteer Fire Department 5K/10K Race is the longest continual and most attended organized race in Beaver County. Our scenic town boasts broad, tree-lined streets, thriving downtown, and lots of public parks. Beaver is on the National Register of Historic Places and it is named as a “Tree City USA”. re Department has been proud to co-sponsor with Heritage Valley Health Systems since 2002. The annual race/walk is Beaver County’s premier race event and uses a scenic route through the historic neighborhoods of Beaver PA. All intersections are manned by police, fire fighters, and community volunteers to avoid problems between cars and race participants.

With 90 days left, we've reached our February target, securing 120 registrations thus far. Participants can register for the 5K run, 5K team event, or 10K run, or opt to run both, with sign ups starting at $25. The Toddler Trot is back for a second year, with each young participant receiving a medal, shirt, and goodie bag. As in past years, the event will feature kid-centric activities, food trucks, DJ music, and additional festivities. We welcome volunteers and sponsors to join us, and interested parties can sign up via the Run SignUp website: https://runsignup.com/Race/PA/Beaver/BFVDRace.
