Join the Beaver County Collaborative Action Network (BCCAN) for a free virtual workshop focused on preventing burnout and bringing wellness into focus for staff, teams, and organizations.

🗓 Date: Thursday, September 3, 2026
🕘 Time: 9:00am – 11:30am
💻 Location: Virtual via Zoom

This session will explore practical strategies to prevent burnout, with a focus on both programmatic and individual approaches that support staff wellness and overall organizational well-being.
Participants are invited to bring:

🥤 A snack and/or beverage
🤲 An item that feels good to touch or hold
🖍 A marker or crayon in a color you like

Presenter: Cathy Cave — Survivor. Change Agent. Consultant. Cathy brings more than 35 years of experience in trauma-informed services, cultural inclusion, equity, organizational development, leadership coaching, and systems change across human services and community-based organizations.
