For the past 40 years, KE Resources and its partners have planted churches, brought clean water, offered education, childcare, safer housing, and greater economic opportunities to families throughout Kenya.

During this time of ministry, we have seen many young men lacking fatherly guidance, and absent of the practical skills to provide the opportunities they need to build a stable life.

We created KE Core specifically for them.

Through this 18-month Christian-based mentorship program these young men will be taught life skills and professional trade training, which will prepare them to gain meaningful employment as they grow into responsible adulthood and embrace life with purpose.

No young man should have to face his future without fatherly guidance and hope.

Do you remember your favorite toy? Or how it felt to curl up in your own bed? 💛

Every child deserves those little comforts. A bed of their own means a soft place to land at the end of the day. A warm meal, a toothbrush, a toy to treasure, a raincoat to stay dry - simple things that can say so much: “You matter. You are loved.” ❤️

Together, we’re giving children more room to laugh, dream, and simply be children.

A huge thank you to VBS Kids for providing another bed for a child in need. This time, that bed is going to sweet little Shinestar. ❤️

Thanks to your generosity, Shinestar now has a comfortable bed of her own - a safe and cozy place to rest each night.

We are so grateful to VBS Kids for continuing to support these children and make moments like this possible. Thank you for making a difference, one child at a time!

Big changes start with small habits 🪥

Children at KE Learning Center and KE Kids Daycare received toothbrushes and toothpaste as we encourage healthy habits that can last a lifetime.

Because changing the world, one child at a time, can begin with something as simple as brushing every day.

🛏️ We have begun delivering and installing beds for children who did not have beds of their own - both in Kenya and the United States!

This was made possible through the money raised by children during VBS, donations given by children during Sunday services, and the generous support of our sponsors.

WHAT DOES A YOUNG MAN NEED TO BUILD A FUTURE?

The program will be led by Zeb Hawkins, whose background in coaching, business, and ministry has prepared him to mentor young men in Nakuru, Kenya.

Last week brought two wonderful achievements for the Zaburi girls!

Abigael and Fidelis returned from a four-day trip to the Kenya Music Festival, where their school singing group received a national award! They had been competing since May, advancing through the Sub-County, County, and Regional levels to qualify for the national competition.

Blessing, Immaculate, and Mary also represented their school in a soccer tournament, where their team took first place! We are so proud of their hard work, teamwork, and determination.

We are incredibly proud of all five girls and deeply grateful to our sponsors. Your generous support makes opportunities and achievements like these possible for all the Zaburi girls.
