Alabama Free Clinic provides the following services:
• Medical Management of high blood pressure, diabetes, pulmonary condition, elevated cholesterol, obesity, and related conditions.
• Medication assistance through generic prescriptions, mail order prescription programs, and pharmaceutical company patient assistance programs.
• Laboratory Testing and Diagnostic Imaging
• Patient Wellness and Heal

th Education

Patients are seen by appointment only; no walk-ins accepted. The following services are NOT provided:
• Physicals for school or work
• Disability determinations
• Childhood immunizations
• Family planning
• Obstetrics
• Prenatal care
• Abortions
• Drug testing

Alabama Free Clinic provides services in two locations:

Bay Minette site - Thursday daytime twice a month
This site is located inside Baldwin County Government Annex IV in the northeast corner of Courthouse Square. Robertsdale site – Tuesday evenings three times a month
This site is located in the Baldwin County Health Department building at 23280 Gilbert Drive, just off Highway 90. Patient Qualifications
• Adults - 18 or older
• Baldwin County resident
• No private medical insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare Parts A or B
• Must provide proof of income
• Preference is given to individuals with high blood pressure, diabetes, elevated cholesterol, and related conditions

It has been a very busy morning for Alabama Free Clinic. Dr. Pike, RNs Ali and Matt, and nursing student Mataya have provided medical care, medication, and CGMs for patients. Emily, our Patient Coordinator is everywhere helping everyone, all the time! Alicia, our Director, attended the District Attorney’s office ribbon cutting ceremony this morning, as well as assisting in the office. We are grateful to serve.

Tonight, we had the joy of welcoming a new RN volunteer, Ambria, and welcoming back our amazing, dedicated volunteers—RNs Joanne, Matt, and Sabrina, along with Susan and Vicki. ❤️

We are so grateful for each of you who gives your time, compassion, and expertise to care for our community.
