The Kiwanis Club of Bay Minette recently made a $1,000 donation to the JAG Program at Baldwin County High School. Jared Crowe, JAG Specialist, recently attended a Kiwanis meeting to share all the wonderful accomplishments of the program and plans for the upcoming year. Club president Martha Ryan made the presentation on behalf of the organization.
"Kiwanis is excited to support the BCHS JAG Program this year with a donation to assist Jared Crowe in his efforts to provide BCHS students with valuable support, career readiness skills, job development opportunities, and placement services," Ryan said. "Through this contribution, Kiwanis is proud to help empower our local students as they prepare for successful futures in the workforce and their communities."
The JAG program helps students overcome challenges and achieve their career goals through career tech activities and real-life projects. To learn more about the program, email [email protected] and follow the Baldwin County High School JAG page on Facebook.
